Location: a) 5th floor, northeast wall a) On or about 9/14/2022, an employee bypassed the guardrails on the 5th floors northeast wall to install brackets/siding material to the exterior ledge of the building without the use of fall protection. The exposed edge was approximately 20 feet above the roof of the buildings entrance structure below. |
