29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure: Gutchess Lumber Office - on or about 4/5/12, the employer trains employees in First Aid and CPR to respond to medical issues at the facility, such as crushing injuries and cuts. The employer has not established a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure. The Exposure Control Plan shall contain at least the following elements: a.) The exposure determinationrequired by paragraph (c)(2) b.) The schedule and method of implementation for paragraphs (d) Methods of Compliance, (f) Hepatitis B Vaccination and Post-Exposure Evaluation and Follow-up, (g) Communication of Hazards to Employees, and (h) Recordkeeping, of this standard, and c.)
