The workers deployed their lifelines with enough play that would ensure a greater than 6 foot free-fall in a fall event. PVC Exteriors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982841, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 8/13/14, with respect to a workplace located at 3334 Astilbe Path, Liverpool, NY 13088. |
