Complaint What Happened I tried to apply for the credit and their website is always stuck on ID verification. I have tried a few times with their associate flush the application but it does not help at all. Now when I ask them to what to do. They just stop responding.

Complaint What Happened The Bilt card is advertised as a credit card that can pay the rent of the credit card holder and earn points on a relatively large expenditure every month. At issue here is that it also advertises paying the rent transaction fee so that renters don't have to pay it ( I have screen shots of one particular advertisement online but also its advertising campaigns broadly advertised this feature ). I asked Bilt 's online " customer service '' which is nothing but a " AI bot '' incapable of forwarding me to a human representative why my rent fee was not paid for, and it responded that it is because my rent fee is not included in the rent and as a result does not qualify. This is not in any of the disclosures and runs counter to the advertising which does not have any disclosed exception. Furthermore, the reason my rent fee happens to be apart from the rent is because my landlord uses a major transaction processing company, XXXX. Therefore, it would seem that the exception that Bilt is providing is a major exception to a large component of renters who are subject to XXXX. Lastly, I asked for all credit card disclosures from the AI bot, but it was unable to provide me with them. I have screenshots.

Complaint What Happened XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX the check was mailed to the recipient with a check triggered on the XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX - the app says the check was cashed, but the recipient still had the un-endorsed check in their possession and had neither cashed nor deposited the check XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX - the issuer reached out to the XXXX to investigate because the recipient had not cashed or deposited the check. XXXX said " once there has been an attempt to cash/deposit the check it can not be canceled '' XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX the recipient deposited the physical endorsed check in a XXXX XXXX ATM XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX - the recipient received an email from XXXX XXXX saying that the check can not be paid out due to insufficient funds. But that does not make sense because the recipient/payee never deposited or cashed out the check. XXXX. XXXX was contacted on multiple occasions to investigate this issue either for fraud or a mix up with the transaction and insisted : 1 - the recipient contacted their bank too. The recipient tried and their bank ( XXXX XXXX said there was nothing they could do. The bank and check issuer ( me ) had to work with the recipient 's bank to resolve 2. They insisted that there were insufficient funds but the check was never processed in the first place.
