On or about 11/30/2021, employees including, but not limited to, a foreman was cutting concrete with a walk-behind concrete saw and overexposed to an 8 -hour time weighted average of respirable crystalline silica at 59.1 micrograms per cubic meter or 1.2 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 micrograms per cubic meter for the 350 minute sampling period.
