In XXXX, I applied for a mortgage from several companies, including rocket mortgage. The Rocket mortgage representative identified themselves as XXXX XXXX, XXXX # XXXX. They said over the phone that I would be able to get a ~6 % interest rate by buying points at a significant discount. I asked to see this laid out in writing. He pressured me to pay {$500.00} over the phone so that I could lock in the rate he was verbally quoting, without putting it in writing. He said that we wouldn't be able to put the discount in writing, and sent me the quote without the discount.
When my partner asked about what the interest rate would be without paying for points, XXXX did not present that to me, or my partner. Instead, he said that the breakeven point for paying these points would only be a year. When we calculated what the actual breakeven would be, it would have been 4 years.
He deliberately mislead me to try to get me to buy the points by underestimating the tiem to break even.The also misled me as to what the real cost of the loan was due to his lying about a " discount ''.

I am writing to dispute the presence of a paid and closed mortgage loan account on my consumer reports. As per the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( B ), any authorization or approval of a specific extension of credit directly or indirectly by the issuer of a credit card or similar device is not included in a consumer report.
Under the Truth in Lending Act 15 USC 1602 ( g ), " credit card '' is defined as any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit. This includes my social security card, drivers license/ID, and license plate, which were used for the extension of credit.
By including the paid and closed mortgage loan account on my consumer reports, you are willfully noncompliant under the civil liability section of the FCRA 15 USC 1681n and the TILA 15 USC 1601.
Furthermore, the GrammLeachBliley Act 15 USC 6802 states that a financial institution may not, directly or through any affiliate, disclose to a nonaffiliated third party any nonpublic personal information without clearly and conspicuously disclosing to the consumer, in writing or in electronic form, that such information may be disclosed to such third party. Specifically, GLBA Section 6802 ( a ) requires that a financial institution may not disclose to a nonaffiliated third party any nonpublic personal information, unless such financial institution provides or has provided to the consumer a notice that complies with Section 6803 of the Act. GLBA Section 6802 ( b ) ( 1 ) also requires that a financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given the opportunity, before the time that such information is initially disclosed, to direct that such information not be disclosed to such third party.
I have not received proper notice from your company nor have I been given an opportunity to opt-out of the disclosure of my nonpublic personal information.

I applied for a mortgage with Rocket Mortgage in XX/XX/2022. The loan was pre-approved and I purchased a home in XX/XX/2022. The house was supposed to close on XX/XX/2022. I was told by my broker on XX/XX/2022, the loan was cleared to close and that the mortgage closing team had contacted the lawyers to set up the time and place. this was a lie. The lawyers never received a clear to close or any contact. XX/XX/2022, I contacted Rocket Mortgage and they are not ready to close on XXXX XXXX. I was also told on XX/XX/2022 that the underwriters contacted my insurance agent XXXX times to change the effective date of home owners insurance to XX/XX/2022. My agent, XXXX, never received any contact from them. I changed the date myself. Throughout the process my mortgage broker has blatantly lied to me several times and delayed the loan due to errors by Rocket Mortgage. The latest is asking for a XXXX year residency history 3 days before closing. Information which they already had. I have contacted them to investigate all the problems and am awaiting a return call today on XX/XX/2022.

I called Rocket Mortgage to inquire about a HELOC and specifically asked them not to run a hard inquiry on my credit, but only give me general information. While on the call I got an alert from XXXX XXXX and from XXXX that there was a hard inquiry on my credit about a mortgage refinance. I then asked about it and the representative lied and said he didnt run a credit check. I then read the alert to him out loud and he then admitted to doing to and said he was doing me a favor. I asked for his boss and he put me through to his director who said he would look into it, and call me back the next day. He hasnt called me back. He also claimed he could and would undo the hard inquiry, but didnt do that either.

So after talking to them I started to Have my kitchen updated place painted. Was told after appraisal we will have mortgage. Paid for house in XXXX in full no mortgage. Now Rocket Mortgage LLC, is not giving us mortgage because kitchen is in the middle of update, they need running water and counter tops. The sink the stove sitting right there. Countertops in about 2 weeks. Now we are stuck with this. The least they can do is give me my XXXX dollars back since they didnt know that they should of told us about not remodeling. If this is the new world we live in the banks just steal our money, have called repeatedly now they tell me the money is used for the appraisal they wanted, house was paid for {$280000.00} cash, and that is what appraisal came to XXXX.

We applied for a mortgage to purchase a property in XX/XX/2021. After, submitting all the required documents, income verification, and so forth, the loan officer at Rocket Mortgage went over the details of the mortgage and informed us that in order to proceed, he would need a {$500.00} fee to lock in the interest rate. The mortgage couldn't proceed without this he said. When asked if the fee would be refunded should the deal fall through, he replied, " absolutely, you will get the money back if that happens. '' So we thought about this for a time and as the rates were beginning to rise, we decided to lock in the lower rate in XX/XX/2021. Everything was going well, and we were almost ready to close last month when the unthinkable happened, my husband lost his job. We were honest and informed the loan officer of this tragic event, and he stated that the loan and closing could not take place. As devastating as this was, we asked him for the fee to be returned to us. He stated we would receive it within 5 business days. Well 5 business days came and went and we checked our credit card statement to see if the money had been returned, it had not. So again we called and finally reached the loan officer who worked with us. He seemed surprised that it hadn't been refunded, he said it should have been by this time. Then he referred us to the Client Relations Specialist who was going to look into this. Then I noticed that he began peppering his words with phrases such as, " what was left over from the appraisal should come back to you. '' You will get the extra amount. '' He never said that before. Besides, the appraisal fee was included in the closing costs, which I have included here, and this transaction never closed. We have no idea what he was talking about. Then yesterday, when my husband called to discuss this with them, they kept mentioning all the costs, the credit report having to be run, and this is often done for free. Yes the appraisal had been done as we were getting ready to close, but then the deal fell through so we couldn't close. We would appreciate you help with this as we really need this money back. We have considerable expenses. It is awful enough to lose this property, but my husband also lost his job and is stressed by all of this and now they refuse to refund our money which they had promised to do.

I started to complete online information about my property on or around XX/XX/2021, however, I did not submit it. However, the system recorded some of my information, and I was contacted by Quicken Loans. My hesitancy was that I did not want a HARD hit on my credit report since at the moment my property has no equity compared to its market value. Well, to my surprise a Quicken Loans agent contacted me, and explicitly communicated to him that I did want a hard hit on my credit report knowing the above information. The creditor 's agent, Quicken Loans assured that he would access my report with a Soft hit. My credit report was locked and it took a couple of days to unlock due to technical difficulties.To my dismay, and frustration I received my monthly XXXX report and it indicated a Hard hit on my credit report by Quicken Loans on XXXX XXXX. I contacted Quicken Loans and escalated the matter to which they replied it would take a few days to research. The representative contacted today Thursday XX/XX/2021 to inform that they could not remove it. I NEVER agreed to a Hard hit on my report I responded. He informed me there was nothing else he can do until it is escalated. This was a misrepresentation by the creditor 's agent in order to access my credit report, and afterwards tell me that I did not qualify for anything.

I am a natural person, consumer and Original Creditor. Actions that were taken me are below. My right to rescind was oppressed.
I have exercised my right to rescind within three years and the alleged obligation has not been fulfilled. I was met with a response from XXXX XXXX, Executive Resolution Advocate and member of Quicken Loans Senior Research Team. I sent certified mail with green return receipt. On the comparable recession form provided to me by Quicken Loans, XXXX XXXX, Director of Accounting & Political Programs at Quicken Loans is who I expected a response from per their request to address it to the Accounting Director.
I again am exercising my right to rescind from this consumer credit transaction, pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1635 ( a ) ( b ) ( f ). Coupled with this cover letter is the, Notice of Right to Cancel form signed by me, the consumer. XXXX XXXX XXXX. In addition, I, XXXX XXXX am aware of 15 U.S. Code 1640 ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) and have identified that a finance charge, defined pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1605 was assessed however, it did not include the sum of all charges ; Insurance ; ( 5 ) Premium or other charge for any guarantee or insurance protecting the creditor against the obligors default or other credit loss. I, the consumer demand cure pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1640 ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ). Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1692e I the consumer was called a Borrower, that is false and misleading due to the fact that this is a consumer credit transaction.
Under 15 U.S. Code 1635 ( a ) ( b ) ( f ) - Right of rescission as to certain transactions ( a ) Disclosure of obligors right to rescind - Except as otherwise provided in this section, in the case of any consumer credit transaction ( including opening or increasing the credit limit for an open end credit plan ) in which a security interest The creditor shall also provide, in accordance with regulations of the Bureau, appropriate forms for the obligor to exercise his right to rescind any transaction subject to this section.
Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1635 ( a ) ( b ) ( f ) I have the right to recession of any consumer credit transaction according to section ( 4 ) Applicability - This subsection shall apply to all consumer credit transactions in existence or consummated on or after XXXX XXXX XXXX. Secondly, section ( f ) Time limit for exercise of right - An obligors right of rescission shall expire three years after the date of consummation of the transaction or upon the sale of the property, whichever occurs first.

I tried refinancing an existing mortgage to lower my monthly payment with Quicken Loan. It was scheduled to close within 90 days which was XX/XX/2021. I submitted all documents on a timely basis. I received a call on XX/XX/2021 informing me that my application was denied due to a change in a new law that affects investment properties.
As a result, my application was being denied.
On XX/XX/2021 I received a letter by email from XXXX XXXX XXXX, Mortgage Banker that my application was denied due to failure to provide outstanding documents. My lock-in rate is lost and now I am left to start this process all over with a different lender.

I have been receiving emails from QuickenLoans almost daily saying that rates have gone down every time I tried to see what the rates were and the closing costs they would call me I finally spoke to XXXX XXXX and told her I was interested in refinancing my current Quicken Loan mortgage but first wanted to know exact closing costs interest rate and payment but I didnt want a hard hit on my credit I did tell her on the second or third call that my credit was in the mid 700s she replied my exact number I asked her how she got that without me giving her my social security number she told me she had it and my financials because I have my mortgage with Quicken she then quoted me a payment, rate and {$5000.00} closing costs we did become quite friendly in our conversations taking about matters other than the loan then at the end of our long conversation she told me I would have to pay {$6000.00} in closing costs if I wasnt living there I told her I shad rented it on a month to month to a young man that is a son to me. I then received paperwork with closing costs of $ {$8500.00} and saying estimate cash to close from me would be {$740.00} which really upset me when I contacted her about this I had already made up my mind that even if I were going to refinance with Quicken I would never use her as my agent I told her that and that she ran my credit without my approval her reply email said I stated on a recorded line that I allowed her to pull my credit ( not true ) and as far as the paperwork she wrote to be legally in compliance have to mail documents to each client and the computer software chooses the paperwork that is sent and often wrong. That totally perplexed me as its paperwork they wanted me to sign.

I called the bank ROCKET MORTAGE ON THE XXXX XXXX, which was the one that had prequalified me, saying that the same loan company SELFi that worked with them, had not done their job well, they asked me for a series of documents and I signed many others, which I had to insist on, because we were under contract and this lender had a time to collect all the documents, I was prequalified for XX/XX/XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX he reviewed the documents, without saying that they were urgent from previous days, when I sent him some documents he said that I did not have sufficient funds for the closing, so I told him to send me a formal letter because I had been denied the loan and the lender did not want to do it, he did not respond to my emails again, he got rid of me like garbage, if he did not have the money it was of no use to him, I contacted the XXXX of the XXXX company as the ROCKET mortgage bank said, and he got the letter for different reasons but I had not completed the documents, I told them that I had become unemployed and yet I was willing to complete them as the denial letter said, but obviously that XXXX XXXX said that he did not have funds and did not want to support the letter on those reasons, I CALLED ROCKET 10 TIMES OR MORE AS A LENDING BANK AND THEY DID NOT RESPOND EITHER ... I am very disappointed with Rocket Mortgage because of the fact that their procedure is very perplexing to say the least. The first representative wanted XXXX and XXXX personal income tax and business taxes along with XXXX-XXXX W-2 's. A Profit and Loss statement, homeowner 's insurance, banking statements, pay stubs. I submitted all of that to the first individual by the name of XXXX XXXX. A few days later he called me and mentioned another name, not my name. I told him it's XXXX. He apologized. No problem, I understand that there is a lot of work. Then I was contacted by a XXXX XXXX and he indicated that all was well, he stated that he would lower my APR from 2.99 % to 2.85 % and waive the {$500.00} if I send all required documents and that I did. There was another associate that called me and left a message indicating that XXXX had the day off which is fine. The representative advised that if had I had any furlough, I advised that I did. He advised he would put this in the calculations. I thought my application was in good standing. My credit scores are above 800 and my FICO 9 is XXXX. I should be approved with these type of stellar numbers. I check my Rocket Mortgage dashboard religiously everyday to see if there are new documents that are needed. Today ; XX/XX/XXXX I get a call from XXXX XXXX indicating that there is not enough income. I pay my bills religiously and I have never been late with any outstanding bills. He then stated that he wanted my wife 's income and I stated everything was submitted. He placed me on hold and still rejected my application. This is misleading and unethical. This is an unfair credit reporting situation that needs to be addressed.

I am borrower with RocketMortgage since XXXX. I have paid all my mortgage payments on time. Some time in XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX RocketMortgage sent me an escrow account analysis which was based on wrong insurance premium amount. By the time I wrote to them, it was XX/XX/XXXX. I paid the first payment of XXXX as per the alleged incorrect mortgage amount. I protested the escrow account analysis and continued to pay my mortgage payments based on my XXXX monthly payment amounts. RocketMortgage took three months to review the escrow account in XX/XX/XXXX resulting in decreasing my monthly payments bit refused to correct the account retroactively to XX/XX/XXXX. During the year XXXX RocketMortgage revised the escrow account three times. I am attaching a letter written to Rocket Mortgage which I am attaching and have several emails that i exchanged with them.
RocketMortgage is reporting to all credit agencies that I am behind on my monthly payments. They claim that they applied my payments and alleged shortage amount calculated based alleged incorrect escrow account.
My submission to RocketMortgage is and was that the even the alleged first escrow account was based on incorrect insurance expenses when they received the correct insurance amount and decreased the monthly mortgage it was supposed to be retroactive to XX/XX/XXXX. Further, the escrow account is to pay the Home owners insurance and Property taxes and if XXXX is corrected reducing my monthly mortgage as result of it, where is the shortage in escrow account. At the end of the day RocketMortgage will have the correct amount of funds to disburse or if there is shortage a additional demand for the shortage in escrow can be made to me.
It has been really disappointing that RocketMortgage is XXXX bent on damaging my credit. Please see my last certified mail letter sent to them which is self explanatory.

In XXXX of XXXX, I was granted a one year forbearance on my VA Mortgage. I was told that after the year was up, I would have ( 6 ) options for repayment. Those options were : Reinstatement, Refinance, Forbearance Plan, Repayment Plan, Modification, Payment Deferral or Partial Claim.
When my forbearance ended in XXXX of XXXX, I contacted them to inquire about these options. I was told that in order to qualify for one of the above options, I had to complete an application. I completed the application over the phone and electronically signed the documents. I was then told I was denied because I didnt have enough money to pay my bills. They refused to allow me to refinance because they said I lacked sufficient income.
My income is the same when they gave me the mortgage initially. My VA XXXX is {$1800.00}. The mortgage including property taxes, school taxes and home owners insurance is {$500.00}. My utilities are {$130.00}. My cell phone is {$60.00}. My XXXX XXXX XXXX is {$30.00} and my one credit card is {$100.00} per month.
I believe fraud or discrimination is taking place. I tried to make a payment for XX/XX/XXXX online and they blocked me so I mailed in my payment and they returned it and reported to the credit bureaus that I was 180 days late on my mortgage when I was in an approved forbearance for one year.

On XX/XX/2020 I was shopping for a mortgage and got in touch with Rocket Mortgage. I spoke with XXXX XXXX NMLS XXXX. I wanted to delay applying but he pressured me into applying.
I submitted my application the same day, informed Rocket Mortgage ( Mr. XXXX XXXX that I had applied and asked what the next steps were.
XX/XX/XXXX, Mr. XXXX asked the basic details of the transaction XXXX principal amount, loan amount, etc ) and I provided them same day. I provided a signed contract XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I informed Mr. XXXX of another banks offer. He told me he would speak with his director and get back to me that same day. Mr. XXXX never got back to me.
I am disappointed that I was never provided any offer for a loan, provided a loan estimate, but was also not rejected. My understanding is that banks must provide a reason for rejecting you. By never getting back to me after weeks and months, this was the equivalent of rejecting me.

We are in the process of buying the house we rent from our landlord.
We started our process with Quicken Loans back in XX/XX/XXXX. We got prequalified for a conventional loan and were finally approved and had our closing date set for XX/XX/XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX, they ran my credit and stopped the closing of the house because of an increase on our debt to income ratio.
After multiple options raising gift money from family, QL informed us that the only solution to save our conventional loan was to add a co-signer. Please note a denial was NEVER mentioned. More on that later.
In the process of figuring out our finances from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX we contact a local mortage broker to see if we had another option to which he mentioned we could try a FHA loan. They are more lenient to XXXX XXXX and we would qualify.
We started the process with our local mortgage broker and was pre approved for an fha loan.
Before getting a reply from our broker we ASKED Quicken Loans if FHA was an option to have all options available in hands. Please note we never agreed to switch to FHA or said we wanted to proceed with FHA. We asked if it was an options and QL replied that we would need a statement from the seller that he was ok with an FHA sell and we would need a new appraisal to make sure the house qualified as FHA.
2 days after that email from QL they sent us an FHA pre disclosure and an addendum for the seller to sign, which we never acknowledged, never signed and never gave it to the seller to sign. Please see these documents attached.
Since the process with the local broker was a lot smoother we slowed communications with QL and continued on our process with our local broker.
On XX/XX/XXXX QL emailed us saying that if they didnt hear from us they would have to WITHDRAW the loan, to which we replied immediately, please go ahead and withdraw. Thank you. Again no denial was mentioned. - Please see attached XXXX 's During underwriting, now with the new lender, we were informed that we have a road block because quicken loans assigned a denial to our FHA case number and our new lender wont authorize unless that denial is removed.
Quicken loans refuse to remove the denial even though we do not have any signed document or email or phone call to switch our loan to FHA.
We also withdrawn before they stated we would be denied. We believe that this is fraudulent from them since there is no signed documentation that we wanted to proceed with an FHA loan.
Our loan officer was XXXX XXXX as you will see on the attached email XXXX 's FHA Case Number : XXXX

Two times, from XX/XX/XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX, a hard inquiry was placed on my personal credit file. First, by XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, initiated by XXXX XXXX. Second, by XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, initiated by QUICKEN LOANS. Both instances involved repeated solicitations by both XXXX XXXX & QUICKEN LOANS, offering me lower mortgage refinance rates. I never gave either of them permission to run my credit and actually had a XXXX XXXX " customer care team lead '' named XXXX XXXX, agree to remove the inquiry via XXXX on grounds that they didn't have my authorization. I have saved email correspondences with signed agreements that they NEVER honored. I have tried to follow up with XXXX XXXX via email to XXXX XXXX twice in XXXX, XXXX, but to NO AVAIL. QUICKEN LOANS is the most disturbing because I have an existing mortgage with them and they ran my credit without my authorization after soliciting my business thru repeated cellular phone calls. I asked them what interest rate I could qualify to refinance my existing mortgage WITH THEM for and they NEVER told me they were going to run a hard inquiry on my credit. I tried MANY times in the Fall of XXXX to have them reverse the inquiry and they were EXTREMELY RUDE and UNAPOLOGETIC. That's not the way to treat someone who is an EXISTING CLIENT and has a XXXX mortgage with your company! I am currently in the process of refinancing and having another bank buy out my mortgage from them. They will NEVER see my business EVER AGAIN. I only submit this dispute with you because I have XXXX credit and their inquiries have actually damaged my credit. I hope that these two companies will come to their senses and just GIVE UP their predatory & usurious conduct. This is not what this country needs right now. We need HONEST people helping eachother, not PREYING and damaging their economic viability. Thank you.

We applied for a cash-out mortgage refinance through Rocket Mortgage in order to pay off some credit card debt back in XXXX of 2018. Our loan officer chose to put us in an FHA loan even though we had more than enough equity in the home and both my wife and I have excellent credit.
Before closing on the loan, there was only a mention of MIP or 'upfront mortgage insurance premium ' as a line item in our closing costs. There was absolutely no mention of that money ( {$5600.00} ) being non-refundable, as we came to find out a year later when we recently refinanced in order to move to a conventional mortgage.
Our new loan officer assured us that at least a portion of that {$5600.00} would be refunded after the new loan funds and the old FHA mortgage is paid off. He stated we can use our FHA case number to apply to have a portion of our MIP refunded totaling around {$3900.00}. This became a deciding factor to move out of the FHA loan and into a conventional mortgage.
However, when I called FHA HUD they gave me a different story, stating the money we paid last year is now gone, and we are not owed a refund. How is that possible?? We basically paid almost $ 6k for the pleasure of having an FHA mortgage for less than a year. Had we been made aware of this ( non-refundable ) payment back in 2018 we NEVER would have agreed to the FHA loan, and it was the responsibility of Rocket Mortgage to make that fully clear. This is a lot of money that we are out, for no reason at all.

The company is Quicken Loans. My loan officer was XXXX XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX, After discussing my finances and income with XXXX, I was initially approved for a purchase amount of {$400000.00} and a mortgage amount of {$380000.00}. I received a pre-approval letter with these amounts listed on them, but the " finances and assets verification '' box was not checked off yet. When I inquired about this, XXXX told me all were approved, it was just a matter of getting the new document uploaded and that I was clear to make an offer on a home.
I made the offer on a home that I liked, but thankfully ( now ) it was rejected. On XX/XX/XXXX I inquired about my finances and assets verification again and I was given the same story by XXXX, that they were backlogged and underwriting just hasn't uploaded my document yet, but he guaranteed all was verified and that I was approved for a mortgage of {$380000.00}.
After never seeing an updated approval letter and not hearing from XXXX. I suspected something was wrong so I held back on making a second offer on the home. Saturday XXXX XXXX texted me and asked me to upload a dispute removal form to remove some negative marks to my credit. Then my mortgage amount was lowered to {$320000.00}.
XXXX called me on Monday night XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX. He said we should have a meeting the next day to discuss options for my mortgage. We set a meeting for XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I received a text from XXXX at XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX saying he was no longer with Quicken and that a new officer would take over my account.
On XX/XX/XXXX I called Quicken and XXXX XXXX was assigned to my account. After reviewing my account, he then lowered my mortgage amount to {$270000.00}.
Now all of this doesn't necessarily sound like a " complaint '', just my inability to get a mortgage. I understand that. However, XXXX told me that XXXX XXXX was fired for making too many mistakes on customers applications, such as " inflated income amounts ''. Apparently, XXXX told underwriting that I made $ XXXX when I do not. This ordeal wasted 3 weeks of my time, the seller 's time and the agents ' time. It seems like loan officers are benefiting in inflating income amounts in a " shoot now ask questions later '' fashion, offering loans that people may not be able to handle ... as seen in XXXX. Quicken loans sales tactics are aggressive and based on false numbers and numerous credit checks.

I am refinancing my mortgage. I started the process with Quicken Loans. The initial disclosure was what I expected. The final disclosure was drastically different with less cash out, I wanted to know why so I read it.
They added on discount points ... however my rate was the same, no discount. They had me at a 4.5 % rate with 2 points at about {$7000.00} tacked on. So not only was the rate above average at the time, but they were also charging me for it.
I went to another company and got a lower rate with no points.
The reason for my complaint?
1 ) They added it on at the end 2 ) The discount points are supposed to be bought in an agreement for a rate discount, there was none, I was given that rate which was above average and was never asked if I wanted to pay points to lower the rate.
Is it illegal to charge discount points on a mortgage when the client is not made aware, and no real discount is given for paying said points?
It seems like what would be an illegal practice to charge discount points without giving the discount on the rate

I I originally wanted deferred payments due to coroanaviris. I thought about it and it would ruin my credit. I called quickenloan to remove it and made a effort and paid my mortgage. I tried to refinance for a lower rates and they told me Quicken loan had me on deferred payments.I told them to remove that from my credit. They said they would. They did not Twiice they did this to me.
Quicken loans has ruined my credit during this uncertain times and scary times. I have always paid my mortgage each month and been withQuicken loan for 10 years.
