I got a XXXX personal loan from XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX with a XXXX month payments agreement which my payments were XXXX. I was doing payments monthly then fell into a Hardship. My hours decreased and I had time out of work due to my XXXX XXXX XXXX. After my Hardship I reached to Clearone Advantage to consolidate my loan which was XXXX per month. I been paying payments since XX/XX/XXXX which they were suppose to reach out to XXXX XXXX and do a settlement. They haven't reached out to XXXX which they said they did but didn't receive a response and XXXX said they haven't. My credit decreased drastically and my XXXX loan back is increasing more plus with interest. I need some type of assistance with enforcing because Clearone Advantage just want to keep collecting my money and nothing positive is happening. Thank you

On XX/XX/2014, I entrusted this company called Clear One Advantage/XXXX XXXX XXXX to help me consolidate payments to five creditors. I should have known something was wrong when I received paperwork with another company 's name on it. The rep insured me that their team was working with them to be able to make lower payments. I was instructed by the rep to NEVER answer the creditors phone calls to explain anything because the person calling probably would not know Clear One Advantage was working behind the scenes with the company.
My credit score was a nice XXXX and NONE of my payments were late. In fact, I had a perfect payment history with all of them. I fell on hard times and wanted to be proactive about making sure my credit score stayed intact. Clear One was receiving payments from me.
Several months went by with me being reassured things were being taken care of ... and then I found out NOTHING was happening because this fraudulent company was WAITING for my debts to go into delinquency so they could come save the day. All the payments I sent them were just sitting, nothing going to the creditors. By the time I realized what was happening to me, it was already too late. My debts were going into charge-off status and there was nothing I could do.
My great credit plummeted 200+ points. I suffered XXXX and hopelessness. What did I do wrong? I had researched this company, saw good reviews, researched more - I did everything I knew to do.
Finally, I confronted this company some months later and I was told conveniently the rep assigned to me abruptly resigned. No one helped me. They left me to rot and be among those who are subprime targets. All the years of perfect credit down the tubes.

In 2020 I consolidated my debt with clear one advantage. After paying XXXX monthly I realized that they received more money than my creditors. I called to cancel and shortly after that was hit with a law suit. The lawsuit came from XXXX on behalf of XXXX XXXX. I only received the letter in my mail box and was never served and never signed for anything. This company clear one advantage too advantage of me. Im a XXXX who got overwhelmed with debt and they preyed on me. I looked up to s of information and found out according to 15 usc 16921b that it is illegal. Second, they have put the items that should have been paid back on my consumer credit file. They are taking me to court over this alleged debt.

I diligently fulfilled my obligation by remitting {$280.00} per month for the specified duration, consistently upholding my commitment even amidst the challenges posed by the XXXX. Upon the conclusion of the 48-month period, I ceased making payments, only to subsequently discover that certain credit card accounts still bear outstanding balances. This realization has prompted me to seek your assistance in addressing this matter, as the unresolved accounts are adversely impacting my credit score and impeding my ability to pursue homeownership. I earnestly appreciate any guidance or support you can offer in resolving this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
