On or about July 6, 2021, and thereafter, the employer required employees to wear respirators while providing COVID tests to suspected or confirmed COVID-19 positive patients at the patients' places of residence and failed to ensure that respirator use was in accordance with 29 CFR � 1910.134. The employer did not have a written respiratory protection program, or ensure that employees were fit tested and received medical evaluations prior to respirator use, and failed to keep complete records of employee fit tests.
