Each session provides participants with mental health tips, guidance on practicing self-care, and moments of introspection. Whether it’s discussing the importance of rest, sharing techniques for reducing anxiety, or simply holding space for individuals to talk about their mental health struggles, Healing Inc.’s workshops serve as a safe, supportive environment for healing and connection. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from our candle sales go towards supporting suicide prevention programs and mental health organizations. By fostering these partnerships, we aim to create lasting change, helping individuals and communities as they navigate their mental health journeys. |
