Complaint What Happened |
I am XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX service member in the XXXX XXXX, received a mail today from Smartmoneycapital that I am eligible for a loan with low interest rates.
I applied online and received a call from XXXX XXXX XXXX. He literally talked me into applying for Economic hardship program with some third party XXXX legal group when I told him over phone recorded line, I am not in Economic hardship, and once enrolled he asked me to stop payments to my clients without fully explaining impacts of it.
I am not sure what is going on with Smartmoneycapital or XXXX legal group?
The funniest part of the agreement is if the CREDITOR/ bank sues me for not making payments, I will have to pay for the court fees for cardoba group , which XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX did not find it important to mention over phone.
