Complaint What Happened	On XX/XX/2023, I received notification from XXXXXXXX XXXX informing me that a derogatory mark had been placed on my credit by Snap Debt Recovery. I have no knowledge of the basis for this mark or why it was posted without proper information. On XX/XX/2023, I initiated contact with Snap Debt Recovery and expressed my lack of awareness regarding any outstanding debt or claims against me. Despite attempts, including my letter dated XX/XX/2023, I have not received any correspondence or verification from Snap Debt Recovery as required by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) under 15 U.S. Code 1692g et al, specifically sub section ( b ). I am requesting that Snap Debt Recovery provide the following information to substantiate the validity of the claim being made : The name and address of the original creditor, The account number and the amount owed. Verification of a valid basis for claiming that I am required to pay the current amount owed. The total debt amount, along with information on when it was sent to collections. Details on the method the creditor used to attempt debt resolution before collection. The amount of interest accrued since the debt was sent to collection. Any additional fees and charges associated with the debt. I also want to invoke my right, pursuant to 15 USC 1692d 806, to cease and desist all calls and direct contact with me immediately, as outlined in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
