On or about August 3, 2023, housekeeping was not maintained during construction. Roofing materials and debris accumulated in an unsafe manner exposing workers to slip and fall hazards. The employer did not ensure scrap from lumber were kept off the work-areas during construction activities. b) Custom Construction Pro Inc., 120 Seventh North Street - Left side of the house. On or about August 3, 2023, housekeeping was not maintained during construction. Roofing material and debris accumulated in an unsafe manner exposing workers to puncture wounds should the nails protrude the worker's shoe and puncture the foot. The employer did not ensure protruding nails were kept off the work areas during construction activities.
