I am requesting the correction of 30, and 60 day late reporting on my credit. Audi Financial Services failed to set up autopay, resulting in money not being withdrawn from my bank account. I called in early XXXX to set up autopay and was assured by an Audi/VW finance rep that everything was in fact set up. Apparently the autopay was not set properly by one of their reps, resulting in 2 negative marks on my credit. Please see the attached letter I sent to Audi as well

I have an FTC report and police report. VW credit has refused to remove this fraudulent account from my consumer report. I sent XXXX XXXX ( VW credit corporate ) a notarized affidavit of Truth. She is refusing to remove it. VW credit broke the law. The dealership forged my signature. The NY attorney general sued them for restitution in the amount of {$300000.00}. The federal laws that were broken are : 15 USC 1 which states EVERY CONTRACT IS ILLEGAL. 15 USC 1605 TRUTH IN LENDING ACT. 15 USC ( b ) ( a ) ( 2 ) ) : A consumer reporting agency can not put anything on my consumer report without written instructions from the consumer to whom it relates. WITHOUT MY CONSENT IS IDENITY THEFT. FORGING SOMEONES SIGNATURE IS A CRIME. I HAVE ASKED VW CREDIT TO PRODUCE THE WET INK CONTRACT SEVERAL TIMES AND TO NO AVAIL IT DOESN'T EXIST. THEY HAVE ONLY PRODUCED A COPY WHICH IS NOT MY SIGNATURE. THE DEALERSHIP IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS.

I sent VWCREDIT {$13000.00} certified check with the Bill of Sale and Odometer Disclosure statement on XX/XX/XXXX.
I was notified by letter via USPS on XX/XX/XXXX the two documents were rejected, - the odometer number had an illegible number, they couldn't tell if the last digit was an XXXX or a XXXX.
-The Bill of Sale had lines drawn through the co-owner signature line, it needs to remain blank if there is one owner.
I resent both documents.
I learned on XX/XX/XXXX the Bill of Sale was not received. I resent.
I learned on XX/XX/XXXX the odometer disclosure was rejected as it was not dated. I re-faxed.
On XX/XX/XXXX I learned the Odometer statement was not received, their fax machine was " not updating ''. I learned during this conversation the Bill of Sale was still also rejected, they claim to never have received the corrected version sent in XXXX.

I attempted to make a payment on Audi Financial Services ( VW Credits ) website on XX/XX/2020 at approximately XXXX EST. The website allowed me to log in, but would not allow me to actually make a payment. I attempted to call Audi FS immediately to make the payment with them, but their offices were closed. I wanted to speak with a representative to ensure that my payment was made successfully.
The following morning morning, XX/XX/2020 I first tried to call Audi FS, but again their offices were closed yet again. I was able to make the payment online at XXXX EST. To my knowledge, my payment is due by the XXXX each month. On XX/XX/2020, the system informed me that my payment would be considered 31 days late, and as a result would be marked on my credit. The system was not able to take my payment, but was easily able to threaten me.
I attempted to make a payment within my 30 grace period, but Audi FSs system prevented me from doing so. I contacted Audi FS customer support on XX/XX/2020, and was told that nothing could OR would be done, as it was not their policy to assist customers with this. The representative made it clear that the only was that I could attempt to reconcile this would be to dispute it with the credit bureaus. I was provided a form to do so. This non response is unacceptable. The company first wants harm to come to its customer, and only then can it attempted to be fixed.
I have approximately two years of on time payments with Audi FS, and many other years with other lending companies. To be told that it was Audi FS policy to not assist customers was highly disappointing. In addition to contacting the XXXX, I have also reached out to the CFPB.
I am requesting Audi FS backdate my payment a mere 9 hours to when I initially attempted to make my payment. This would accurately reflect my on time payments. I am extremely frustrated at Audi FSs response, and lack of concern of the sever damage this will do to my credit history. I understand that issues can arise, but it is absolutely unacceptable to blame a consumer for a system issue.

I purchased this vehicle in XXXX of XXXX this is the second time my vehicle has been in the shop. I have driven this vehicle under XXXX miles since date of purchase. I use this vehicle to and from work where I commute with my XXXXXXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX the car shut down again, I've also had to XXXX next to everywhere for weeks, that is until XXXX XXXX I was called to finally get loaner vehicle. Audi XXXX XXXX sent a tow company for my vehicle on XX/XX/XXXX, a week later I got to find out my vehicle was still in the tow yard cause Audi XXXX was closed when trying to deliver my vehicle. I was given a call a week after delivery to be told there is a part that needs to be ordered and I can come a loaner had to take an XXXX to XXXX to get this loaner. Got a call last week that said the part was going to be probably in the shop around XXXX. This is now me going on a 2 months and a half without my vehicle. I went into Audi XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and was told that the generator that was ordered came for my vehicle but now there is a fuel pump that need to be replaced due to a recall. on XX/XX/XXXX I got a call from Audi stating that they have the part and my car would be repaired which was the recalled fuel pump. I got another call stating there was a recommended service to be done on my car on XX/XX/XXXX. Then I got a text on XX/XX/XXXX stating that the engine light came on while performing the recommended cleaning and that I had to have the fuel pump replace again. I was refused a trade in, offered {$7200.00} in cash or trade in and I am requesting the full amount I have paid for this vehicle which XXXX XXXX is refusing to do. They sold me a car that is defective. I have paid {$48000.00} so far of my loan.

Hello, I have had an account with VW Credit since XXXX of XXXX. I have never missed a payment or been late, however, due to an error on the company 's website/payment portal, my account was charged twice in XXXX. I was advised by VW Credit 's customer service representative in that same month to take the issue up with my bank in order to get better results. My bank tried to resolve the issue, and as a result, VW Credit reported my account as 90 days late. I have written to VW Credit twice asking for a review and made disputes with their preferred credit reporting agency, XXXX, as well as mine, which is XXXX. My credit score dropped nearly XXXX points because of this, and VW Credit refuses to fix the problem after months of effort on my part. As of today, I was able to obtain my banking statement from XXXX of XXXX, showing the payments that were made to VW Credit from my business checking account. I have attached a screen shot of those transactions below. I am also happy to provide statements for XXXX or any other month, which will show payments made to satisfy my agreement with VW Credit.
I would also like to add that during this time I was suffering from XXXX for over XXXX weeks, and VW Credit still refused to work with me on this dispute. It is my hope that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will advocate on my behalf and help resolve this issue once and for all. Thank you

I leased a new car from Audi. The day I first brought my car home, on the way home from the dealership, the engine malfunction indicator lamp came on ; the owners manual said this was an indication I shouldnt drive the car and needed to bring it in for service ( the issue was the engine coolant system and catalytic converter ). I wasnt able to use my car for the first XXXX XXXX of the lease period because Audi didnt have service appointments available ; nevertheless, Audi claimed the lease payments were due on the car. Subsequently, I had to take my Audi in for service five subsequent times for the same exact problem ( in total Ive had to take the car in six times ) ; the car has been unusable for a significant portion of my lease period ( and it has cost me a lot of time and frustration ). I spoke with the head of Audi 's repair department and he promised me Audi would compensate me for my trouble ( by extending the lease or otherwise changing the lease terms and payments ) ; he asked me to call him in a week for resolution. However, since then the Audi representative hasnt returned any of my calls or emails. Furthermore, I called and emailed the general manager of the Audi dealership and he would not respond. Now the original lease term is expired and Audi is threatening to repossess my car. However, I have not had use of the car for the full lease term even though I have made all the lease payments. Additionally, I receive several robot calls a day from Audi asking me to call an 800 number ; when I call there are no options available to speak to a human being. And when I have called the Audi dealership I get recorded messages.

Its only the XXXX and Volkswagon all of a sudden dinged me for not paying XXXX. 1. I pay the debt collector not Volkswagon 2. The money automally pulled 3. Back in XX/XX/XXXX my car was repossessed In front of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX NY. For non-payment, which I was aware of because I had lost my job at that time. The first time my car was repossessed I paid VW credit almost XXXX XXXX dollars via XXXX XXXX to get my vehicle back, I knew the car was repossessed because it wasnt parked where I parked it at and I didnt owe any tickets on the car. It was repossessed for late/nonpayments.
Then in XXXX of XXXX, the car was repossessed again in front of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called VW Credit on XX/XX/XXXX to inquire about my personal belongings and my husband personal belongings that were inside the car and inside my carrier that was on my roof racks. Called Volkswagen credit on XX/XX/XXXX spoke with XXXX and she advised that the only documents that was sent out to me was back in XXXX of XXXX AT MY VIRGINIA ADDRESS.. XXXX from Volkswagen credit provided me with the phone number of the lot where car was located.
I called the lot and spoke with XXXX and was advised that my personal belongings were disposed on XX/XX/XXXX.
I since moved back to the XXXX and mail being froward to XXXX address and still nothing from VW credit PLEASE NOTE AS OF TODAY 'S DATE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ANY DOUMENTS FROM VW CREDIT REGARDING ANYTHING. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT XXXX STATED THAT THE ONLY LETTER SENT OUT WAS BACK IN XXXX.

I returned my XXXX XXXX 3 months early ( 39 month lease ) on XX/XX/XXXX as part of a " pull ahead '' arrangement and I signed a new 36 month lease for another car ( XXXX XXXX ).
On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from VW Credit , Inc. ( dba Audi Financial Services, " AFS '' ) indicating that I owed monthly payments on the XXXX and that failure to pay may result in them reporting to the Credit Bureaus. I called XXXX that evening to express my concern about the letter as I did not owe monthly payments on the XXXX as I'd returned it at the end of XXXX.
AFS said that this is a dealership issue and that I should contact the dealership.
The dealership said they submitted all the paperwork to AFS but that AFS hasn't taken care of it because they have computer issues and are otherwise backed up. They even shared a " grounding report '' statement with me that was generated on XX/XX/XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email from my bank that my credit score dropped [ xx ] points.
I pulled my XXXX credit report which shows that XXXX was OK and had no Balance or Past Due - this makes sense as XXXX was the last month I had the car. However, XXXX, was noted as 30 days past due.
I immediately called XXXX and sent them the grounding report I received from the dealer. They said they would correct any issues with the credit reporting agencies.
On XX/XX/XXXX I called AFS who said that the credit mark was reversed on XX/XX/XXXX and that I'd receive a letter from AFS.
On XX/XX/XXXX I called AFS who said that I shouldn't have been expecting a letter from AFS ; the letter would be from the credit Bureaus but that he'd generate a new final statement with excess wear and tear costs that I owe on the car.
On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX to see if they received the correction from AFS. They indicated that the last update they had from AFS was XX/XX/XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX I called AFS who said my account was sent to the credit team for adjustment, but that it didn't get done. She was going to request it be rushed through within 24-48 hours and she is really sorry. She also said she would note that my account had a complaint.
My understanding of 12 CFR 1022 is that AFS has 30 days to correct misreported data. I called AFS on XX/XX/XXXX and its 58 days later with no action taken to correct their mistake.

on XX/XX/XXXX, I was able to obtain a lease contract with Volkswagen USA " account number XXXX ''. It was a 3 year, XXXX mile lease. I usual, I paid my bill on time, and in accordance with the terms, and conditions of the lease. I have been leasing vehicles from VW from years, and I was never late once. This time was no difference. I paid the vehicle in full, as I was making the payments online, through their website. On XX/XX/XXXX, I made the final 2 payments, and soon thereafter the account appeared as paid, and closed. Within 30 days, the status of the full 3 year payment appeared on my credit report, and the account status changed to paid as agreed, never late, and closed.
I returned the vehicle onetime, and with only XXXX miles on the clock. The car was in perfect condition, without any damages, or scratches to it. Within months after returning the car, and received a call from VW Credit charging me {$800.00} for wear a tear, which include a GPS SIM card, that I was never given at the deanship when I bough the car, and that I put it on notice when picking up the car at the dealership. After some bickering VW Credit called the dealer, and verified my statement, so they remove that charge from the bill, after that, I received another bill from a rim scratch that, it was not there, at the dealer when I returned the car. The dealer reviewed, and provided me with a paper stated that everything was fine, and that the car was returned without any issues. Furthermore, 15 days later, I got a call from VW Credit again telling me that, I owe them a small portion of the lease payment, when in fact, I did not, since I was paying off the account through their website, with a set amount on established by VW credit. To the fact that, after I made the last payment, it changed to paid in full, and it was reported on my credit report, as paid. I explained to them, that it the account was already paid, and closed that I dont owe them any money, but they are adamant to continue the harassment towards me. Somehow, after all this issues, they managed to changed the total amount owed from being {$0.00} on the website, to {$470.00}. I am also certain that they tried to change it on my credit report, but they were not able as according to section 623, of the FCRA, creditors are required to report accurate accounts. Therefore, against the law to change information that has already been reported as " paid in closed, and NEVER LATE '' I have received phone calls at XXXX from time to time from disrespectful VW representatives demanding {$470.00} payment from me after explaining to them, that the account appear to as paid, and closed on my credit report. I have attached 2 pictures taken from my XXXX credit monitoring service.

Volkswagen Credit 's website avoids telling consumers what their actual balance is. The account details page has nothing about balance, the payoff quote page does n't give payoff quotes, just asks for bank account numbers. Nowhere on the site does it have anything about balance. There is a corner where you can download pdf files for offline viewing which so helpfully have PAST statements about two months old, though these focus entirely on the billing aspect, deemphasizing the remaining balance.
However, since I 've made a couple large payments recently, it goes so far as discouraging further payments until two years from now. It suggests I do n't make another payment until 2019 XXXX, and makes a huge deal about how " nothing is due '', and " no payments necessary ''.
In short, they want consumers to be uninformed about what they owe and let their balances sit and accrue interest.

On Friday, XX/XX/2018 I reached out to XXXX XXXX to request a quote on the 2018 XXXX XXXX. I was going to be leasing it with my mother. After reviewing my income, they decided that they couldn't lease me a car. That's fine, we parted ways and I moved on with my day. Later, I got a notification from all three credit bureaus that a hard inquiry has been placed on my accounts by XXXX XXXX via XXXX. I never authorized the use of my social. I tried contacting them but to no avail - I've left countless messages and e-mails for the finance manager who has never gotten back to me. On XX/XX/2018 I got ANOTHER email stating that ANOTHER inquiry had been placed on my social with all three credit bureaus by XXXX XXXX via XXXX. I did not authorize this, nor did I speak to anyone. Once I was rejected on XXXX it was case closed. Additionally, my mother, who they did not speak to, and did not need to verify her info until we were to be signing documents ( which didn't happen ) had her social run TWICE as well on all three credit bureaus. THEY HAD ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT to run my social the first time, let alone A SECOND TIME after they refused to lease me a car and especially had no business running my mothers information once they refused to lease me a car. I've tried reaching out to them countless times and they just keep telling me no one is available to speak to me, or they take a message and never get back to me. These need to be removed IMMEDIATELY from my accounts as well as my mothers accounts. We do not have any outstanding debts with them, we did not lease a car from them and we did not sign any paperwork authorizing the use of ourinformation - not once or twice.

I had a loan from VW Credit for a XXXX ( involved in the diesel cheating scandal ). They repurchased the car from me on XX/XX/2016 - and repaid my loan in full that day. ( Actually, the repayment was MORE than full, as it did not take into account the monthly payment I had made on XX/XX/XXXX ). On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX auto-debited my checking account for another monthly payment - despite my loan having been paid in full the prior month.
This has caused a cash-flow problem, as my NEW car is also set to auto-debit tomorrow - and I do n't have sufficient funds in the account to make the payment, now that XXXX has inappropriately debited my account.
I 'm suspicious of why this debit took place - despite the loan being paid in full - on the heels of XXXX 's involvement in systematic fraud in their emissions cheating.
