I am writing to dispute the past due status on my account for the original creditor " Stellar FI '' with account number # XXXX with a balance of {$0.00}.
I am a victim of identity theft and I can assure you this past due is not mine ; In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act this creditor has violated my rights under 15 USC 1681 section 6 o 2 this section states a credit issuer can not furnish an account without my written directions under USC 1666B a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose.
