I tried to put credit freezes on these credit agencies reporting my non public personal information without the consent of the consumer controlling his principle. I did not give these credit agencies my consent in no way shape or form to traffic and communicate any information pertaining to my principle. This is aggravated identity theft these companies are getting unjust enrichment while the consumer does not benefit from the use of his own non public personal credit information. These financial institutions did not allow the consumer to remove his non public personal information in which the consumer never gave consent to. The consumer has the right to his non public personal information kept private and these credit agencies violated my privacy rights.

The three reporting agencies : XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX was contacted, by the creditor, XXXX to delete my hard inquiry. This was done On XXXX XXXX, 2023 to all repositories to have the hard inquiry removed. The process requires letters to be sent via XXXX to the addresses provided by the repositories which are XXXX XXXX XXXX. The creditor acted in good faith to remove the hard inquiry, as it was an erroneous authorization.
I have followed up with each of the Reporting Agencies that were given the letters to get a status. I am unable to get a follow up. The customer service agents are not providing direction, instead I am getting the same dispute letter. No action taken. I am asking CFPB to notify the agencies to follow up the request provide by the creditor.
