I tried to put credit freezes on these credit agencies reporting my non public personal information without the consent of the consumer controlling his principle. I did not give these credit agencies my consent in no way shape or form to traffic and communicate any information pertaining to my principle. This is aggravated identity theft these companies are getting unjust enrichment while the consumer does not benefit from the use of his own non public personal credit information. These financial institutions did not allow the consumer to remove his non public personal information in which the consumer never gave consent to. The consumer has the right to his non public personal information kept private and these credit agencies violated my privacy rights.

The three reporting agencies : XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX was contacted, by the creditor, XXXX to delete my hard inquiry. This was done On XXXX XXXX, 2023 to all repositories to have the hard inquiry removed. The process requires letters to be sent via XXXX to the addresses provided by the repositories which are XXXX XXXX XXXX. The creditor acted in good faith to remove the hard inquiry, as it was an erroneous authorization.
I have followed up with each of the Reporting Agencies that were given the letters to get a status. I am unable to get a follow up. The customer service agents are not providing direction, instead I am getting the same dispute letter. No action taken. I am asking CFPB to notify the agencies to follow up the request provide by the creditor.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, NY XXXX XXXX XXXX SUBJECT : REQUEST FOR PERMANENT OPT-OUT AND BLOCKING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION BY XXXX AND CORELOGIC To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX and CORELOGIC, INC., requesting that these companies take immediate action to permanently opt me out of their credit reporting systems and block my information from being sold or shared.
SPECIFIC REQUESTS : 1. PERMANENT OPT-OUT : I request to be permanently opted out of XXXX and CORELOGICs databases, ensuring that no personal or credit-related information about me is shared with third parties under any circumstances.
2. BLOCK MY INFORMATION : I demand that both companies block my information entirely and ensure that no reports or data concerning me are provided to any creditors, lenders, or other entities without my express consent.
3. PROVIDE A PIN : Please provide me with a Personal Identification Number ( PIN ) that would allow me to unblock my information in the future, should I choose to do so.
4. CEASE SELLING MY DATA : I demand that XXXX and CORELOGIC immediately cease selling or otherwise distributing my credit report or personal information to any parties.
BACKGROUND : As a consumer, I have the right to control how my personal and credit information is used and shared. Under federal laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I am entitled to opt out of credit reporting systems and protect my information from unauthorized access or distribution.
XXXX and CORELOGICs practices of compiling and selling consumer data without proper consent are concerning, and I am requesting the CFPBs intervention to ensure these entities comply with federal regulations and my specific requests.
RESOLUTION SOUGHT : I am asking the CFPB to : 1. Investigate XXXX and CORELOGICs handling of my personal information.
2. Ensure both companies honor my request to permanently opt out of their databases.
3. Require them to issue a PIN for future access, should I choose to unblock my information.
4. Confirm in writing that my personal information has been blocked and that no further data sharing will occur.
