I had an account open with Majority, a XXXX XXXX operated by Majority USA , LLC and backed by XXXX XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX, they sent me a message stating " After a review of your account, we have made a final determination that we are unable to continue servicing your account. As a result, your account will be closed as of XX/XX/XXXX. Please ensure that you bring your balance to {$0.00} prior to the above date, or complete the attached balance transfer form and we can transfer your remaining balance to another account.
I sent them the balance transfer form via email to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. Each time I had no response.
This is now my final effort to collect the remainder of my balance in the account. I do not know the exact amount that was left, but I think it was around $ XXXX.
