Employee, who was erecting dormer trusses at the edge of the roof, was not protected by fall protections. The employee was standing on building wood frames and wearing harness. However, employee was not tied off and was therefore exposed to fall of 15 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED |
