The sampling period was for 350 minutes. A zero increment is included for the 130 minutes not sampled. Employee was wearing a Honeywell half mask air purifying respirator. b) Lathe Area, on or about 2/21/19, an employee working on Lathe 6 & 7 was exposed to 61.72 micrograms per cubic meter (mcg) of silica, eight hour time weighted average (TWA), approximately 1.23 times the OSHA permissible exposure limit of 50 mcg. The sampling period was for 460 minutes. A zero increment is included for the 20 minutes not sampled. Employee was wearing a Honeywell half mask air purifying respirator. The Victor Insulators, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1000(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1066462, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/12/15, with respect to a workplace located at 280 Maple Avenue, Victor, NY 14564.
