US Auto sales has failed to send me the original documentation with my signature on it for proof of purchase. They are claiming they dont understand whats inaccurate on my report and the question is rather simple. I am asking them to provide ( Proof of Verification ) of this alleged debt that they have placed on my credit report in which they have NOT done so. Im confused about what part they dont understand. Its quite simple, provide proof of the original documentation with my signature on it for the alleged debt they are claiming I owe. Further more, they did NOT respond within the 30 day time frame, I have not received any documentation from them. I have proof that I reached out several times to get verification with no response. They need to provide proof of contract via mail. Not email, or phone call. I am demanding that they remove this erroneous debt off my credit. I received an email today XX/XX/2021 from a representative of US Auto sales by the name of ( XXXX XXXX ) stating that " XXXX is blocking her emails from being received by me ''. This is the first time I have heard from them which is technically not the proper way they should be responding to this request. The should essentially only be contacting me via mail which is how I have been contacting them. Once again, I am attaching the original letter sent out asking them for verification. I am also attaching a copy fo the email I received today from US auto sales. They are in violation of the fair credit act and I will pursue further legal actions if this matter is not resolved.
