Mortgage Research Center LLC has fraudulently reported and sold my personal information to Credit reporting agencies and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and failed to discharge the debt in accordance with the Law. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act this creditor has violated my rights under 15 USC 1681 602 states I have the right to privacy, 15 USC 1681 section 604 A section 2 it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. By law its my understanding I was suppose to recieve a Cash Advance at the start of our contract I never did. I also sent over registered securities as tender with special endorsements for the principle account for satisfaction and discharge as well as cancellation pursuant to article X1 in the base Indenture of trust Indenture for the issuer and registrar. Securities fraud braking of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 and The Securities Act of 1933.

On XX/XX/2020.
I received an inquiry on my credit report that I didn't make. I reached out to the company, Veterans United and I was told I would be called back and I never heard back from anyone. I called two more times and my third time calling, my call was escalated to a supervisor. They supervisor couldn't find my name or information in their system. He asked If I was married and explained my spouse may have filled out an application and ( added ) my name to the application. After researching further, he found that to be true. My name was added to the application. However, I never authorized this company to run my credit. Adding my name to an application is permissible. However running my credit without my consent is not. I tried to resolve this matter by simply asking for a letter from Veterans United that would remove this inquiry from my credit report. However, the supervisor disregarded my request. Veterans United had no authorization or authority to run my credit without my permission or signature. After explaining all of this, they are refusing to correct this matter. I would like this inquiry removed from my XXXX and XXXX credit report immediately.

My mortgage was bought by a debt collector XXXX XXXX, from my original mortgage company Veterans United Home Loans. I never received a letter from XXXX about them buying my mortgage, and asked them to validate the debt, to show that I actually owed the debt after they purchased it. I asked for the original copy of the promissory note in a notarized letter to both mortgage companies, and they both only sent me a copy of the promissory note, that I and my wife signed at closing on XX/XX/XXXX. I did some studying and found that banks do not loan their assets, so there was no loan. The last Promissory note according to my research, is monetized as per title XXXX1 USC 5118 ( d ) ( 2 ) ,31 USCA 463 and public Law 97-258 ( XX/XX/XXXX. And in accordance with 31 USC 5103 and USC 8, such promissory notes are national Bank currency and thereby coin or currency of the United States, by rule of law, US Supreme Court, and private BAR association statutory Bylaws legal definition. Also 12 USC 1813. These laws clearly state that the Promissory note is monetized or in a lot of cases invested to make money with risk. Giving the above laws to both Veterans United Home Loans and XXXX XXXX, and asking them to verify or validate the debt has been without results, leaving me to where I am now. My last conversation with XXXX XXXX, was with a gentleman who said yes my debt was purchased by XXXX XXXX and that I was sent paperwork to validate the debt.i explained to him that there was no loan, I never signed a check or received a bank transfer to my bank account with the money to purchase my home, so where did the money come from? He just was silent on the other end of the phone and never gave me an answer. When I wrote to Veterans United Home Loans, and to XXXX XXXX, I included all the laws to back up my claim to not receiving a loan such as : 12 USC 83, 15 USC 1601,1602,1611, 1604, and 15 USC 1635. To this day, I have not received the debt validation I asked for and did not pay my mortgage as I told them I wasn't, until the debt was validated. My wife and I are arguing because of this and I would truly appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Thank you for your time.

According to generally accepted accounting principles ( GAAP ) and SEC filings, financial institutions recognize loan applications as collateral assets for securitization. Additionally, XXXX XXXX, which was listed as the servicer after you transferred the note, has recorded the loan as paid in full with a balance of XXXX dollars.
Despite this, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX records still reflect a lien held by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX To clear the lien and officially release the property title, I request that you immediately prepare and record the necessary Satisfaction of Mortgage document with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Please provide me with a certified copy of the recorded Satisfaction of Mortgage for my records once this process is complete.
Failure to promptly process this request may result in legal action to enforce the proper release of this mortgage under applicable New York property laws and federal consumer protection laws.
